24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Unfortunately no refunds can be made since payments are made in advance, you will need to reschedule your appointment at a more suitable time should it be within the acceptable cancellation period.

Life happens, and occasionally, an appointment may be cancelled or missed. However, it is very important to try and commit to your weekly/ regular sessions. There are some weeks when my availability is very limited, so please try to be consistent on this journey.
